Is there any wonder Google is losing ground to Facebook?

I recently had the occasion to need to run a mobile ad campaign on AdMob. I had been there before, worked through all of the tutorials and felt reasonably comfortable with the process. I am working in a group of people who are supposedly advertising there on a regular basis. Wow, I think that they are likely to be in need of some serious help from a mental health professional! I had my ad constructed and the only thing that I had left to do was to upload my banner ad. I did that and clicked the button to save and complete the ad. I received an error message saying that my banner had to comply with their guidlines which said that it had to be 320 x 48. I check, re-checked, created new banners, re-checked and tried again repeatedly. Nothing good happened!

I decided to solicit help from support. I pushed the button leading me to FAQ's. Does anyone ever really get anything from FAQ's? I mean, they are kind of like pointing out the obvious. What about all of the gray areas and instances that just defy logic? Isn't that when you call someone? Oh, that's right, you can't call because that would mean that someone would be giving you customer service that is valuable. How would that look?

Upon reflection, I'm thinking about all of the Guru's that I hear from on a daily basis. You know, they give away free stuff every day! Some of it might not be worth a lot and they may have "borrowed it" from someone else but hey, the original owner would have given it away too! By the way, I did look for a phone number here in the United States on the AdMob website but there wasn't any. Now, if I was in London or any number of other places on the globe I could have picked up the phone and called them because they have published phone numbers. No, that doesn't mean they would have answered but I do take some satisfaction in knowing I could have called them.  Hmmm,.....what to do? You would think that Google wouldn't have paid $750 million for an outfit that gives such poor service would you?

I know, I'll run a mobile campaign on Mobile AdWords! So, I spent several hours doing that , getting that ready to run this morning starting at 7 a.m. Everything looked great and ready to go.

I couldn't help but peak at the campaign about 10 a.m. to see how things were going. Wait a minute! Now it says that it is under review!! A quick review yielded nothing but in navigating around the AdWords site it became obvious that you weren't going to see that "Under Review" sign unless you were in just the right place at the right time! Not very damn likely.

So, maybe we'll all get lucky and these two will decide to outsource all of their support and customer service functions to the top 6 internet gurus. At least we would get some service and things would work! Of course we might get cross sold and up-sold every time we turned around but I think I prefer that to being ignored when I have a need or an emergency.

I think I need to go see my old buddy (at least he says I am) Howie Schwartz about doing some ads on his mobile platform. I bet he'll get it done and probably today!

I'm thinking very seriously about attaching an auto responder to my e-mail accounts that sends everyone some boiler plate information. You know what I mean, something like" If you are trying to sell me a product or service I'm fine with that." But, "If you can only offer me a return e-mail on in 48 to 72 hours, don't bother!"  Maybe you will too and we can change the world!!

The Truth About Backlinks Inner Circle Review

The Truth About Backlinks Inner Circle Review

For the World Wide Web, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is like water to a plant. For SEO work to be successful on a website, links need to go in and out of that website. Back links are also referred to as inbound links and are submitted to other sites. There is a company that knows the importance of links and according to Backlinks Inner Circle Review, they do this well.

They stress the importance of back links to reach higher rankings in search engines. The more links on other websites, the more credibility with search engines and that means the higher one will be seen in search engine results. This company will recommend a marketing strategy that includes efforts to obtain more popularity for links.

They build back links that are of quality information and that are related to the company website. Search engines will not place a lot of weight on links that are not related to the specific website. There is no use linking to car tires when your website is all about speedboats. A site with only a small number of quality back links, will position itself higher for targeted keywords. Sites with several unrelated links will not have a good ratings. This is where the experts will assist a company to get the keywords and links right.

There are various ways in which they will assist a company to obtain back links for their website. Some of these methods are done free while others will cost money. The free options are to place the website on a large number of directories that are available on the Internet. They have knowledge of the reputable directory sites and will use those to ensure the website will have search engine favor.

Link exchange is another method that they will apply to a company website. This is when a web master creates a link on a website, which points to other webmasters. One-way links hold more advantages that two-way search engines will ignore links and irrelevant links. Webmasters usually have several websites and some are not even related to the other.

Backlink Inner Circle is aware of this and will irradiate any problems relating to IP clashes. This happens when the same IP is picked up more than once on the same website. A search engine will regard this as duplication and ignore one or all of these links.

One of the best ways to build links is to use an article directory. Such a directory contains a huge amount of articles. It allows one to publish articles together with links in a resource box. These directories ask for quality content, they approve and publish the content and in return provide a suitable category for the website and provide the links.

The newest method is to post discussions in forums and blogs. Most often, these websites already carry extremely successful links and SEO optimization, therefore the moment a company name appears in one of these pages, it will be displayed very high in search engine results. Backlinks Inner Circle knows this too well and is available to assist companies in all of the above-mentioned strategies.

Standing

Choosing the best finish for your budget and lifestyle

I get a lot of questions about flooring. Almost every day someone asks: "I need new flooring in my kitchen (mud room, powder room, room of children-you name it) but don't know where to begin-traversing all options?"

Select the right flooring is not easy. You can get an idea of the "look" that you want, but the end result will be practical, cost-efficient and durable? Each room is different, as our lifestyle, and then there is no one recipe that works for us all. This article will help you, providing you with a list of questions that you need to ask the same.

What is the style and the room's function?

Before you begin, take time to consider how the room really is used. How big is the room? How much traffic? Kids will play there? Water damage is possible? The amount of light the room get?

How durable has to be?

If you want your floor to last, choose the right material is a must. Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry and Mud rooms require floors that can withstand water torture. Wood is lasting and you can refinish it as needed. Species of wood are different hardness, so the level of traffic should determine your choice. Ceramic tile and stone tend to crack or break, if things get dropped on the floor. Laminate come to mind when you look for durability and it works fine on playrooms and utility rooms of kids. Is not an option but to those who seek natural "materials".

How much comfort you are looking for?

Kitchens and bathrooms are spaces where comfort is important. Poaching in winter, isn't it nice to step out of the shower on a floor radiant Heat hot? It works well with stone and ceramic tile. Remember that getting slippery bathroom floors sometimes-select refined stone instead of polished version and look into the alongside some texture to it. in children's rooms, wall to wall carpets is an option, as with playrooms and rooms in the kitchen, wood is my favorite, although Cork gives even more comfort while poaching stone or ceramic tile can be hard on your back. Wood also is wonderful in the room – just add a carpet of exuberant high stack, to make your morning a soft landing.

What level of maintenance is acceptable?

Ceramic tile, stone and laminated definitely win Department of maintenance-a broom or vacuum and a feather duster should get the job done.

The resale value?

When you renew, bear in mind what is "expected" of a house in your neighborhood. Quality materials and craftsmanship are always a great investment.

Is factor "green" important to you?

If so, think stone or wood recovered. Cork is another great option and is the King of renewable materials.

Coating, A-Z

Here is a brief Glossary of flooring materials. Each one comes in many price levels, so you should be able to find one that is right for your decorating style and budget.

Brick-is making a comeback. Due to its porous texture, color thus is easy "red brick" is no longer the only option. Big Mud rooms and kitchens, he can continue in the courtyard for a smooth transition to the exterior.

Carpeting-offers endless possibilities as far as style, color, pattern and texture. It is always present in our rooms, but also makes its way into the living and dining rooms these days. Silk, wool, mixed wool, nylon, stain resistant and grasses sisals-style, and function of a room will inform your choice.

Ceramic tiles-as old as the art of decoration own-they come in colors unlimited, many shapes and sizes, giving an opportunity to create a work of art in your home.

Concrete-large choice of lofts and contemporary spaces and you can colorize to coincide with other elements of the room. Very easy to clean.

Wood engineering-becoming more and more popular nowadays as many owners choose radiant heat as an alternative to systems of forced air or baseboard. It can be installed directly on a concrete base.

Wood-Pine, maple, walnut, cherry, oak, mahogany, bamboo, Hickory, Cypress ... dizzy yet? With more than 50 species of wood and unlimited color stain, what to choose? My favorite is dark wood coating makes a. Dark room looks bigger. It also sets out white trim and furniture so it "pops" beautifully. Lighter Floors are more informal and work well on the rustic styled rooms or coastal. If you want a lighter effect, there are ways to make wood look almost white-pickling, liming and money laundering, to name a few.

Laminate-a quick and cheap way to cover floors. Surfboards fit together and are installed along soft cushioning material so without nails or glue are involved. The key is to check how realistic surfboards look when placed together. Some products appear "real", while others scream "fake" before you even enter the room.

Carpets-a beautiful addition to any room, they will in any hard floor, defining the feeling and the creation of heat is easier and never for carpets of custom colors, patterns and sizes, with many companies offering inexpensive ways to create your own look.

Stone-a beautiful and classic choice. After selecting your stone, you still need to decide: polished, honed or crashed?

Searching For Homes made with ecological sustainable materials

Numerous Movements have been exercised by public organizations, private groups and even home associations to address the increasing environmental degradation. The real estate world has participated actively in show their support to this cause. And it is through dissemination of houses built with sustainable materials-ecological or popularly known as green homes. If you are a home buyer hopefully, this type of home would certainly benefit you, your family and the environment.

However, before you can buy this house, you have to be understood about what makes a eco-house. Building materials are the basics that make a qualified green home. So, you have to look to the grades of materials used in construction of such goods. Firstly, the materials must be made or produced locally in comparison with imported products; these are cheaper primarily because there are huge savings of energy and fuel to transport them.

And with the shortest period of transport, there is less harm to the environment. They also must come from renewable sources, i.e. they must be produced a rich resource. For example, some plywood producers provide details about their manufacturing practices to obtain ingredients of a controlled area. This site is usually a forest maintained by researchers and scientists. These people then oversee that each tree cut is replaced by a new, or any endangered species are protected and not used for production.

The durability is also an intrinsic characteristic of more ecologically sustainable materials. Most resistant trees groves are known to overcome even the life of humans. These are generally resistant against water damage, mold and other bacterial formation when handled properly. Because of this quality, you can be sure of low maintenance and cost-effectiveness. Repairs and replacements are very unlikely. You can also save on cleaning chemicals. Most of these materials only need damp mop or cloth water and vinegar in preservation.

In addition, its natural composition makes them free of toxic and carcinogenic chemicals. These harmful emissions waste typically come from building construction components made of plastic and asbestos. And speaking of his natural quality, they present aesthetic attributes that make a home look fresh and inviting. Versatility is also another feature they have. These can be used for wall panels, roof, roofing and finishing.

There are numerous ecological and sustainable materials. These include wood as bamboo coconut, lumber, rattan, narrates and mango. Green homes use them as hardwood floors or panes. These woods are becoming more popular in areas where natural disasters strike frequently as these are flexible. On the one hand, Japanese households with bamboo floors provide classification of cylinders to resist earthquakes. Dry lumber and Wood recovered from old structures are large components such as these have proven to survive disasters like fire. Cork, a material known to sounproof, is another material that is durable enough to generate maximum insulation interior. This can be used as dunnage or moisture barriers installed on top of a concrete base.

Also there are very few roofing technologies that ensure the energy consumption, resist the resistance and providing effective indoor temperature. Composed of fibrous cement, wood shingles and recycled metals are top picks for roofing materials. Some houses have also integrated solar panels with recycled Metal roof such as aluminum; brass and copper were also transformed into tiles. These are versatile in terms of appearance-rustic or modern as they come in different sizes, shapes, colors, design and texture. Polished, vibrated, tangle, brilliant, sand or rough texture trendy are some available in multiple markets.

Another efficient components commonly found in green homes are the newest Windows. Throughout the manufacturing process and installation of this essential House, the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) rates of such product. Windows should accomplish the following tasks: heat loss prevention, glass condensation and wet training, blocking heat gain and UV rays, broad penetration of light and air leak.

There are a number of sources where you can learn more about these materials. Some home builder’s websites, e-books and local awareness groups support the cause of improving the condition of the Earth. These usually provide free newsletters, forums and lists of the latest eco-friendly materials and homes. Its effort to buy a green home can then be more guided.

Wood flooring-how to choose the best

Selecting the perfect wood flooring for your home requires careful consideration of its overall theme, installation requirements and your budget. You need to be familiar with the different styles of wood flooring so you can make an informed choice between products. You'll save money by selecting the correct wood flooring for your project and the result is something that you can be proud of and enjoy for many years.

Wood planks

Wood flooring styles during approximately 4 "wide planks are considered. typical widths range from 4" to 6 "Although you can get up to 12" wide gangways. The problem with going too broad is that there is more expansion and contraction across the grain with the wider plates and you might end up with the differences between the planks. The moisture in your home changes with the seasons, the wood planks can absorb moisture or give it away, changing its width.

Engineered Hardwood

Engineering Coating is made of laminated wood layers in alternation of grains, such as plywood, so it is very stable floors. This is the best choice of hardwood flooring if the floor is being placed concrete or in the basement since he won't expand with the highest levels of humidity. It has a thin veneer or wear layer on top of real wood so that it can only be refinished a limited number of hardwood flooring times. Solid can be refinished often if necessary.

Reclaimed wood

Reclaimed wood flooring is one of the hottest trends now.The reclaimed wood comes from the old railway trestles, barns or logs that had sunk during his travels down delivery of Rio. wood recycling is environmentally friendly, but it also gives you incredible wood with character and a unique story. reclaimed wood is a perfect complement to a design or rustic log cabin.

How to buy furniture, kitchen

When it comes to designing your kitchen, choosing a worktop is one of the most important decisions you'll make. Not only does it have to look good, it has to endure heavy use. So before you buy, consider whether you'd be prepared to put in some effort to maintain its look, or would rather have something more durable. Then think about aesthetics.
'Your choice largely depends on the style of your kitchen,' says Lizzie Beesley, conceptual designer at Second Nature Kitchens. 'If you want to create impact with your units, you may want a toned-down work surface, but if you have neutral doors, the worktop material can make a real statement.'
Work surfaces such as stone and stainless steel need to be templated by the manufacturer to fit your kitchen exactly, with cut-outs for the sink and hob, and this will affect your budget.
But it may well be worth it. 'The right choice is a good investment and can turn a modest kitchen into something special,' says Annette White of Chiltern Marble. So which surface is right for you? Read on to find out.
KITCHEN WORKTOP TRENDS
'The polarisation in the thickness of worktops is still a major direction - there's no middle ground, worktops need to be either deep or shallow,' says Anjum Ahmed, product and marketing director at Magnet. 'The slim worktop sector is dominated by glass and compact laminate, while thicker worktops tend to appear in oaks and dark timber or specialist materials.'
There is a huge trend for mixing materials,' says Max de Winter, project designer at Poggenpohl. 'It's not unusual to find two, three or even four different surfaces in one kitchen. As kitchen and living areas are now more integrated, one material throughout the space would feel too overpowering. Instead, use a warm wood on a breakfast bar for example, stainless steel in a prep area and coloured glass as a highlight.'
Edging, be it glass, timber or coloured acrylic, is a top trend. 'For a very modern look, style up a standard laminate with a contrasting edge in wood or stainless steel,' suggests Jude Keenan, kitchen planner at John Lewis. 'This is possible on both square and curved-edge tops.'
'A big trend at the moment is a 50mm worktop with a 30 degree bevelled edge,' says Boffi's Steven Salt. 'This can be in any material, and the tapered edge means the surface appears to be floating above the units, giving the ultimate minimalist look.'
The profile (ie the edge) of the work surface can also make a difference to the overall feel. The rounded edges of the Eighties and Nineties are a thing of the past, and the latest surfaces have a completely square edge, a pencil round (where the edge is just slightly rounded) or a chamfer where just a tiny bit of the corner is shaved off.
LAMINATE WORKTOPS
Modern laminate worktops are a world away from the Nineties surfaces that tried (and more often than not failed) to imitate their natural counterparts.
'Laminates have moved on so much, even in the last three years,' says Simon Wilde, head of marketing at Formica. 'New textures, finishes and printing techniques have given them added dimension and depth.'
Choose from hundreds of colours and finishes, including realistic wood grains, polished and matt stones, sparkling faux granites, concrete, high-shine surfaces and bright, solid colours. Laminate is now also available in thicknesses of up to 60mm.
PROS: Low maintenance and low cost. Laminate is one of the cheapest ways to get the look on a budget, and can be a fraction of the price of the real McCoy. If you're handy with your power tools, you can cut and fit it yourself.
CONS: Some laminates can get scorched and scratched if not cared for properly, and laminate surfaces can have conspicuous seams. They're non-repairable if damaged.
WOODEN WORKTOPS
Hardwood worktops such as oak, cherry, maple, walnut, teak and mahogany are the best way to bring a warm, rich quality to a kitchen.
'Costs vary depending on the wood you choose,' says Lizzie Beesley. 'A simple oak surface will cost a lot less than exotic, on-trend zebrano, wenge or walnut.'
Finger-staved wood tops, where little planks are glued together, are a less pricey way to get the look. Remember to buy from a sustainable source.
'We're even using wood reclaimed from mountain chalets,' says Steven Salt, showroom manager at Boffi. 'These surfaces have a chunky, rustic look, which provides an amazing contrast in an otherwise clean-lined, modern kitchen.'
Wipe wood after food prep, mop up any spills straight away to prevent staining and avoid abrasive cleaning products.
PROS: With inherent natural antibacterial properties, wood is a hygienic option. Relatively simple to install and repair, it can be sanded down to remove blemishes. It can also be an inexpensive choice, depending on which wood you go for.
CONS: Timber takes some effort to keep it in good condition and needs oiling several times over the first week, and then once or twice a year. 'We recommend a hard wax oil to provide added protection against water damage and help maintain the wood,' says Peter Keane, MD of The Natural Wood Flooring Company. Less hard-wearing than some materials, wood can get scorched, scratched and stained. It can also warp if it's not fitted correctly, and it doesn't take well to prolonged exposure to water.
STONE WORKTOPS
Strong, natural and cool, granite is the most popular stone used for work surfaces, and can suit traditional or ultra-modern schemes.
'Granite differs in colour, texture and crystalline structure, producing a range of colours and patterns,' says Annette White. 'Black is always popular, but other colours include greens, blues and browns.'
A polished surface is timeless, but try a honed finish for a modern alternative.
'Or combine a rough surface with a smooth edge, or vice versa,' suggests Lizzie Beesley.
Granite is porous so must be sealed, which should be repeated annually. Costs vary hugely depending on the rarity of the stone.
Other stones such as limestone and marble also make beautiful work surfaces. Marble can add a real wow factor, but it's much more delicate than granite and can be damaged by alcohol, sugar and acids such as lemon juice. It's prone to staining and scratching so requires a lot of TLC.
PROS: Stone gives a real quality feel to a kitchen. Granite is virtually indestructible, and heat, mould and mildew resistant.
CONS: If it does get damaged, stone is non-repairable. It takes skill to fit, and you'll need quality carcasses to support the heavy slabs.
ENGINEERED STONE WORKTOPS

Engineered or composite stone, such as Zodiaq and Silestone, is made from a high percentage of crushed quartz mixed with resin, and is even tougher than the real thing. Stain, chip and heat resistant, it comes in a vast range of colours and textures.
PROS: Colour is consistent, so it's easier to match than natural stone, and it requires no extra treatments so is low maintenance.
CONS: Doesn't have the unique qualities found in natural materials. It comes in large sheets and needs professional fitting.
COMPOSITE WORKTOPS

Contrary to popular belief, not all composites are alike, although there is a tendency to group man-made solid materials together under the same term. This can be misleading, as their properties can vary considerably, depending on the materials they're made from (for example, whether they contain acrylic resin or polyester, or have a high quartz content).
The most well-known composite, Corian, is the second most-popular type of work surface after stone, with more than 70 colours available, including modern brights and heavy-grained hues. Ice white is an enduring bestseller.
PROS: Composites can be fabricated into virtually any shape or design, and they can be joined together in a way that forms invisible seams, creating a smooth, sleek overall look. Sinks, hobs and other features such as upstands can be integrated and moulded into what appears to be a single piece. Composites are hygienic and easy to clean, and while they can get stained and scratched, you can polish out blemishes as you might T Cut a car, maintaining their appearance for many years.
CONS: It's essential that a professional takes an accurate template, so you can't save money by installing it yourself.
STAINLESS STEEL WORKTOPS
Stainless steel is great for a high-tech look. Normally used in professional kitchens, worktops of virtually any shape and size can be produced as a single unit, and sinks, splashbacks and upstands can be integrated to provide a sleek surface. Choose from a polished or brushed-satin finish.
PROS: Very tough and robust, with excellent heat and stain resistance. Stainless steel is hygienic, impervious to stains and the only surface you can use bleach on.
CONS: It can be cold and noisy, and shows scratches and grease marks, although after a while scratches will join together, creating an attractive patina.
GLASS WORKTOPS
Best suited to modern kitchens, glass can be lit from below, and its reflective surface helps boost the feeling of space.
PROS: Great for use as a focal point. Very hygienic and water resistant.
CONS: It gets scratched and chips easily, joins are highly visible, and it's expensive.
CONCRETE WORKTOPS
Hardwearing concrete is seamless and can be formed in any shape to flow around other elements.
'We can make concrete in colours from antique white through reds to black using natural pigments,' says Jonathan Reid, director of concrete surface company White & Reid. 'It also makes a fantastic in/out material, so you can run a top from a kitchen to your outside space.'
PROS: Can be repaired if chipped, and stripped back if it becomes stained.
CONS: It needs care and must be treated with a penetrative sealant. It's not cheap.

A bookcase made from Pine for everyone

If you are in need of some storage for your home, there is a pine bookcase out there for everyone.  Just like the pine chest of drawers, pine bookcases are very popular for their respective categories.  There are several reasons for this.Today, I will talk a little bit about the pine material itself, construction, affordability, brands, styles and design ideas for your pine bookcase.

Pine Wood As A Material

Pine as a building material dates back for centuries.  Pine is a relatively quick growing wood, which mean that pine will always be readily available.  Since it is the faster growing wood, pine is softer and lighter than a lot of woods out there.  On the Janka scale, which is the universal comparative chart on wood harnesses it has a score of 690 and 1225.  There is a range because different types of pine have different harnesses.  Heart Pine is the hardest pine scoring 125.  Yellow Pine is the softest at 690, while Southern Yellow Pine scores a bit higher at 870.  Why is this important for your Pine Bookcase? Well, because the harder the wood the more durable your piece of furniture will be. Also the harder the wood the heavier the piece will be.  Sometimes this is a factor for people; they will gladly give us some durability for a lighter more maneuverable piece of furniture.

 Pine Bookcase Construction

The construction of pine bookcases can range widely.  Construction can range from a beautiful solid pine bookcase with dovetail joints to the cheap pine bookcase with staple fasteners.  Just like with any furniture, typically you get what you pay for.  Sometimes pine bookcases get a bad wrap because there are many inexpensive versions in the market.  Don't let this discourage you if you are looking for a high quality pine bookcase, they are certainly out there.  When you are shopping for a bookcase, the parts of the construction to pay the most attention to are the joints, the pine shelving and the back piece.  These elements will usually give you the clues needed to determine the relative quality of the pine bookcase.  The joints can be engineered and crafted to support themselves like a dovetail construction.  This type of construction seems to be more rare these days because people don't like to pay for it.  It is the best way to build a bookcase joint.  Other joints will feature L brackets and other reinforcement hardware.  This is okay as long as it is not visible when looking at the piece.  The lowest quality construction is where it is glued and stapled together, surely this item will be at the low end of price points, but will also not last very long. The shelves are another area to look for quality. The higher end pieces will have solid pine shelves, the lower end models will have particle board shelves with a synthetic veneer that looks like pine. Like the shelves, the backing on the higher end pine bookcases will be solid, while the cheap pine bookcase will have a thin piece of particle board.  The pine bookcase cheap way out will usually mean that you don't want this piece of furniture for the long hall.  This strategy is fine, some people like to switch up their furniture more often, so why pay more than you have to?

Pine Bookcase Affordability

As I stated in the material section, pine is fast growing which is why there is a large supply of pine.  This is just more economics, the supply of a product, the lower relative price tends to be.  That's why the pine bookcase seems to be such a popular choice.  It seems that you can get a lot more for your money for pine rather than say a mahogany bookcase.  There are pine bookcases that will be close to the $ 1000 while you can find many for under $ 100.  Especially for the unfinished pine bookcase, if you don't mind a little sanding and staining you can find a great deal.

Pine Bookcase Brands and Where to Buy

It seems most furniture brands will carry pine bookcases.  The main reason for this is that these pieces of furniture hit very competitive price points. So you can go to most brands you are familiar with and see what they have.  All the chains like Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, CB2, West Elm and Ikea will have many choices.  There is a large bookcase for IKEA pine $ 680 that would look amazing in any home.  Other options are the macro retailers like Walmart and Target, of course the quality might not be great, but you can find a rock bottom price.  Don't forget to check out your local furniture stores as well.  If you have a wood shop like I do, you can go on the internet and find pine bookcase plans in a matter of minutes.  So once you've started to look, there are pine bookcases for sale pretty much anywhere.

  Pine Bookcase Styles

There are so many styles of bookcase to choose from now days.  From modern to an antique pine bookcase and everything in between. When I was on vacation last spring I was in a small village on the Yukatan Peninsula and some great furniture. The Mexican pine bookcase will typically have really cool iron hardware embellishments, which really add to the design of the piece.Related to the Mexican varieties, the rustic pine bookcase looks great in the right setting.  The rustic bookcase typically use pine with more character like knots and rift saw marks.  These are also known as the country pine bookcase.  Many of these are also painted, it seems I ' ll see a white bookcase everyday.  Another really popular style is the honey pine bookcase.  These bookcases have a golden yellow color to them which is very attractive.  Not only are there different ethnic styles, pine bookcases can have different functions. I build my brother the pine bookcase headboard.  He needed more space for all those books he reads in bed, the perfect solution for him. Also if your home has limited space and you need more storage, why not look at buying a pine corner bookcase?

Pine Bookcase Style Ideas

The first thing you want to determine when styling your home is what your style preference is. Is it contemporary, traditional or somewhere in between, which is called transitional. Once you have determined this, you can narrow down all the choices for pine bookcases out there. Next you need to find the right size. Be sure to measure the floor space needed, the ceiling height and also the door widths which you'll be moving the piece through. Some of these details are forgotten, it would be terrible to find you can't get your new pine bookcase through the front door! Once you have the size pay attention to your other pieces of furniture. With so many options, there is no reason why you can't choose a piece that will communicate the same design language as the rest of you furniture. Choosing a pine bookcase can really transform your space for a really great price.
